ACCOMMODATION - All four bedrooms have air-conditioning.  On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom (king size bed) with ensuite facilities, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.  On the first floor there is a double bedroom (king size bed) with a large adjacent bathroom.  A baby cot is available upon request and if required, a further two beds fit neatly into the loft area which has large ceiling fans.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven , gas hob and coffee percolator; there is also a large breakfast bar, spacious lounge and dining area, TV/DVD area.

VIEWS - With the sun rising over the Bay, virtually every window in the villa has the most stunning views.

FACILITIES - The neighbouring Kontiki Beach Club has a bar and an award winning restaurant which is open seven days a week, from 8am until 10pm.  Kontiki also provide internet access, a phone rental service, and car hire/windsurfing/dive packages.
